Andrew Davies
Founder & CEO
As CEO, Andrew is responsible for driving strategic innovations and maximising the potential of each team member at TDS. A self-confessed nerd, Andy enjoys watching anime and exploring Tasmania’s stunning natural landscapes.

Jeremy Gralton
Chief Remote Pilot & COO
Jeremy is the project lead on all ops and with a commercial pilot’s background, brings precision and expertise to every flight and operation. Outside of work Jeremy loves to travel, surf and spend time with his young family.

Daniel Signorile
Business Development Manager
Daniel is responsible for getting TDS in front of the right people so we can deliver our mission. He is the main point of contact for nurturing existing client relationships and also oversees TDS’ social media marketing strategy. Outside of work, Daniel is passionate about health and wellness and loves travelling.

Jorge Carreno
General Manager / Procurement Director
Jorge is one of senior drone pilots and is one of the inaugural members of TDS and our resident Colombiano. His energy is infectious, and something he brings to all jobs he works on. Jorge’s passion outside of drones is fitness and regularly competes in local competitions around Tasmania.

Luiz Souza
Engineer/Drone Pilot
Luiz hails from Brazil, has a background in civil engineering, and began flying drones as a hobby 8 years ago. At TDS Luiz is involved in various aspects of the business, including operations, business development, and building drones. In his free time he enjoys camping, going to festivals and playing chess.

Neville Mould
Drone Pilot/Head Trainer
If you got your Remote Pilot License in Tasmania then there’s a high chance that Neville was your trainer. Neville brings a lifetime of experience across different backgrounds and has now found his passion in drones. Outside of work Nev loves spending time with his family and travel with friends.

Olga Nashima
Business Development Manager – Africa & Middle East
Former senior surveyor from Namibia, with a decade in open-pit and hydrographic mining environment. Strong advocate for innovation & process improvement. Now looking after business growth and client relations at TDS in Africa & the Middle East region. Outside work, she’s a plant person, loves learning new languages, and on a walk, you’ll find her taking photographs of random things from different viewpoints.
